Cindy Williams

Cindy Williams has enjoyed the privilege of working with extraordinary directors, including Francis Ford Coppola, George Lucas and George Cukor. Though Williams has achieved great success in her film career she is most recognized for her role as "Shirley Feeney" in the historic ABC-TV situation comedy, Laverne and Shirley. Due to overwhelming public response, Williams filmed the Laverne and Shirley Special, paying tribute to the funniest and most poignant moments of this classic television series. The special was a rating success and has spawned the development of a motion picture, which would reunite America's favorite duo. Most recently, while filming recurring roles on the Warner Bros series For Your Love and on the Comedy Central series Strip Mall, Williams starred as "Miss Lynch" in the national tour of Grease. A woman of many talents, Williams had the honor of co-producing the critically acclaimed feature films, Father of the Bride and Father of the Bride II, both starring Steve Martin.
